Give agents the tools, not the keys. One enterprise MCP gateway.
Control MCP access across the enterprise: only vetted, risk-scored MCP servers connect, each tool is allowed or blocked, credentials stay in a token vault, and every tool call passes AI guardrails and DLP.

Your mcp.json is a secrets file.
Every developer wires agents straight to MCP servers, with long-lived tokens in plain text on their laptop. Nobody vetted the servers, nobody sees the tool calls, and any poisoned response goes straight into the agent's context.
One gateway. Every tool call.
The gateway sits between your agents and every MCP server. Nothing reaches a server, and nothing comes back to an agent, without passing through it.
- 01
Identity
Every call is tied to a person, a team and an agent, so access follows who is asking, not whose token is on disk.
- 02
Server risk score
Each MCP server is scanned for vulnerabilities, malicious behavior, risky permissions and exposed secrets, and ranked. Below your threshold, it's blocked.
- 03
Policy
Decide which servers are approved, restricted or prohibited, and for whom. One policy for every agent and every client.
- 04
Token vault
Credentials live in the vault. The gateway attaches them per call, and the agent never sees the secret.
- 05
AI guardrails + DLP
Requests and responses pass AI-based detection for injection and exfiltration, plus deterministic DLP rule-sets for secrets and PII.
- 06
Audit trail
Who called which tool, with what, and what came back. Searchable, and streamed to your SIEM.
A catalog developers want. A risk score you trust.
Give teams one place to add the MCP servers they need. Every server is scanned and ranked before anyone connects, and keeps being scanned after. Set a threshold and anything below it is blocked automatically, with no ticket queue.
Nothing goes around it.
A gateway only protects what goes through it. Autonomous also runs on the endpoint, so it finds MCP servers developers wired up directly, scores them, and blocks the unsafe ones automatically.

Tool calls and model calls. One gateway.
The same guardrails, DLP and policies cover MCP traffic and LLM traffic. Already on LiteLLM? Keep it: connect it and get guardrails plus token analytics by user, team and model without moving a thing.
What is Autonomous?
MCP gateway security for the enterprise: one governed endpoint between your AI agents and the MCP servers they call.
It runs your organization's MCP servers on the gateway, each isolated, instead of on laptops, from a catalog where each server is scanned and scored before anyone connects. Each tool is allowed, set to ask for approval, or blocked. Members sign in with their own accounts where the app supports it, and every session is audited. People connect from Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or any MCP client, and the endpoint agent finds the MCP servers that stay on laptops, so nothing goes around the gateway. Try it free for 7 days, with full access.

Set up in about 10 minutes.
Set up a gateway
One click creates it, named after your organization. Most organizations need one; a second is for a separate set of apps, or the same app under another account.
Add apps and choose their tools
Add an MCP server from the vetted catalog, or your own as a custom app. Each tool is allowed or blocked for everyone, with read-only and write or delete tools grouped so you can block every write at once.
Share its endpoint URL
Register the app's URL as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365. People reach it from inside the platform, signing in with their own account on apps set up that way, and every session is recorded. About 10 minutes in all.
Tool policy, tool by tool.
An MCP server is a set of tools: read a file, open an issue, delete a branch. The gateway decides, tool by tool, which ones agents may call.
Organization-wide, in the catalog
Each tool is allowed, set to ask for approval, or blocked, with a default for the tools you haven't decided. A dynamic rule acts only on some calls: when an argument matches a pattern, the call is blocked or waits for approval.
On each gateway app
Tools are allowed or blocked, alone or a group at a time: read-only, write or delete, and other. The organization's blocks always win, so no gateway can open a tool the catalog keeps closed.
Authentication, through the token vault.
The gateway signs agents in to the services behind each app without handing them a credential. OAuth tokens live in a dedicated token vault and are added only when a tool call needs them, so the agent, its prompt and its history never hold the secret.
Each member signs in
A remote app that signs in with OAuth, a server its provider runs, can have everyone connect their own account, so each person gets their own data and permissions.
Scopes narrow what a member's sign-in may ask for. Set the most an app can ever request, carve it into presets such as read-only, and map your identity provider's groups to them, so a support team never consents to write access it doesn't need. Narrowing only removes scopes; nothing grants more than the baseline.
What security leaders tell us.
“Thanks to Autonomous we now have full visibility into Shadow AI and our software supply chain on 4,000 endpoints.”

Questions about the MCP gateway.
Can we extend the free trial?
Yes. If you feel you need more time to get to know our product, just say the word and we'll extend your trial.
How is Autonomous priced?
A fixed, tiered base subscription, based on the number of endpoints our platform monitors. Customers can also tailor it to their exact needs with à la carte options. Contact us to get a detailed quote.
Where do the credentials live?
In the Autonomous token vault. The gateway adds the right credential to each call only when a tool needs it, so agents reach GitHub, Slack or your database without ever holding the secret. Where an app supports it, each member signs in with their own account.
Which AI platforms can connect to the gateway?
Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot, through a connector an administrator registers once in the platform's admin console, so members need no setup. Any MCP client, such as Cursor, can connect to an app's endpoint URL directly.
What about MCP servers configured locally that skip the gateway?
The endpoint agent finds every MCP server configured on every machine, scores it for risk, and blocks the unsafe ones automatically. Nothing quietly goes around the gateway.
Will it disrupt our developers or block their work?
No, not unless you choose to. Every new policy and guardrail starts off or in monitor mode, where activity is evaluated and logged but nothing is blocked. You move a policy to enforce when its findings look right, for a pilot group first.
Where is our data stored, and how is it protected?
By default in AWS US data centers, unless your agreement says otherwise. It is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with industry-standard encryption, kept for 60 days at most, and never used to train models, by us or our subprocessors. External penetration tests run at least once a year. More on our Security page.
Can we review your SOC 2 report?
Yes, on eligible plans: request access to our SOC 2 Type II report for your security review. Our compliance program also aligns with global data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
How do I cancel my account?
Contact us, at any point. We won't keep anyone's hard-earned money if they're not satisfied with our services. After cancellation, you'll still have access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
